The Agency's 2025 Red Paper is an annual real estate and global wealth report, published each winter. This edition takes a more editorial approach, offering valuable insights for real estate agents on market updates and trends to expect in 2025. The content was presented a bit chaotically, and it was crucial for the team to transform this edition into an easily digestible, visually stimulating piece. This edition features soft shades of tan, a restrained use of the iconic Agency Red, and timeless serif typography. The print version includes a spot UV and soft-touch finish on the cover, while the digital edition opts for a two-tone variation of Agency Red in place of the spot UV treatment. Striking photography injects color and vibrancy into a report rich with data and statistics, providing visual relief and making the content both easy to digest and enjoyable for agents and their clients. In addition, complimentary assets such as digital and print ads, social media content, and blog imagery were also provided.
