Visually, the 2023 real estate market resembled that of a chessboard, unfolding with precision, where calculated moves shaped the course of the game.
The Agency's 2024 Red Paper marked a shift in the brokerage’s annual report, moving from a traditional, consistent collection of charts and statistics to a more narrative-driven, visually engaging representation of the company’s progress over the past year. Under the theme “A Match of Strength & Strategy,” a chessboard motif guided the graphic and illustrative style. Custom-designed chess pieces were featured, with pages emphasizing bold curves and shadows. Throughout it all, the classic Agency Red remained prominent, complemented by a striking palette of black, white, and tan.
