Originally built in 1872, this Victorian gem is so exquisite that it was recommended as a national landmark by landmark preservation authorities.

Branding for The Symphony Townhouse, a Neo-Georgian townhouse built in 1872 in New York City’s Lenox Hill. “Gracefully gilded for the modern age,” this trophy property exudes historic charm with interiors dressed in extravagance. The active owner, a classic musician and harpist, inspired the logo design. The double harp, reminiscent of a historical crest, is paired with a more masculine, modern typeface to provide contrast and a fashionable edge. The color palette, which can be seen throughout the home itself, draws from the late 1800s Gilded Age, featuring a strong peach, deep jade, and accented with a touch of antique gold for a sense of luxury. The design captures the eccentric, one-of-a-kind spirit of both the home and its unique owner.
