This campaign focused on bringing out the individuality and personality of each agent while staying true to The Agency’s signature modern aesthetic.

The previous year, the brokerage launched the first iteration of the marketing campaign The Next Generation of Real Estate, which highlighted our global office locations. This year, the focus shifted inward—to the agents within those offices.

The campaign rolled out in two waves. The first featured select agents from our New York City headquarters, while the second spotlighted agents based in our Los Angeles offices. Two dedicated photo and video shoots were conducted, with an emphasis on capturing both the personal and professional sides of each agent, showcasing the unique qualities that define who they are and how they work.

This campaign included a variety of deliverables: monthly ads in Architectural Digest, personalized bifold brochures, wildpostings, and curated sets of social media graphics. Additionally, we produced booklets documenting the campaign process, designed specifically for display at our annual FORUM. Taglines from the broader campaign were paired with custom lines for each agent, alongside striking visuals—creating a simple yet powerful series that honored the people behind The Agency in a polished and professional way.
