A deeper look into the brokerages’s inner workings and exciting new partnerships; a spotlight on the creative minds who work tirelessly behind the scenes.
The Agency’s Spring 2025 edition of The Agency Times was released to coincide with the annual company-wide FORUM, alongside several other exciting launches across the brokerage. Originally created as a one-time campaign, the internal newspaper received such positive feedback after its debut last summer that it was reimagined as a biannual publication.
This edition marked the first official release of The Agency Times as part of an ongoing series. As such, establishing a consistent visual identity—with a refined masthead, cohesive layout, and timeless design—was essential to set the tone for future issues and ensure sustainability during a transitional time for our brand standards.
The Spring 2025 issue featured updates from the luxury real estate market, key partnership spotlights, new merchandise, and upcoming publications—including The Agency Magazine and The Agency’s 2025 Red Paper. It also introduced the company’s latest campaign: The Next Generation of Real Estate.
